Overview:
This course helps participants to learn the new requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and to establish a good quality management system (QMS).
Course Objectives:
To introduce the fundamentals and intent of ISO 9001:2015 and its relevance to organizational QMS.
• To explain the structure, High-Level Structure (HLS), and the process-based approach using PDCA and the seven quality management principles.
• To examine Clauses 7.2, 7.3, and 7.4 in practical context: competence, awareness, and communication.
• To assess and define competence requirements, conduct training need analysis, and monitor competence over time.
• To raise staff awareness of quality objectives, roles, and the importance of non-conformance implications.
• To establish internal and external communication protocols, manage feedback, and maintain QMS documentation
