Overview:
This training course is designed with an emphasis on implementing a safe system of work for confined spaces. Work in confined spaces can be fatal or cause injuries in industries, ranging from those involving complex plants to simple storage. Those victims include not only people working in a confined space but also those who try to rescue them without proper training and equipment.
Course Objectives:
At the end of this course the participants will be able to:
Become familiar with OSHA and Confined Spaces Regulations Approved Code of Practice, HSE
Become familiar with the hazards of a confined space
Take all the necessary precautions before entering
Maintain the confined space as a safe place to work
Familiarise the delegates with different methods of cleaning and isolation
